Eligible Returns
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened edible oils/ghee are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
